Course info
In this course you will learn the basics of painting and different techniques. Whether you are a complete beginner or already experienced in painting, this course is suitable for all.
You will learn how to draw and paint with acrylic, watercolour and oil paints. We will also cover material theory and look at perspectives and the composition of the picture.
In a relaxed atmosphere and with a lot of joy in painting, we will familiarise ourselves with the basics of painting. You will learn how to mix colours and how to use different techniques to create unique and personal art.
This course is perfect for anyone who wants to improve and deepen their creative skills. Whether you want to create a piece of art as a gift for a friend or as a decoration for your home, in this course you will learn the tools and techniques to realise your artistic vision.

No previous experience required
No previous experience required for this course. If you’ve never painted before, that’s no problem! We will go through the basics of painting step by step and you will progress quickly.
Required materials
You are welcome to bring your own material if you already have it. If not, you can use the available material for a small contribution towards costs. Brushes, easels and paints are provided for you.
If you need canvases, you can get them from me for a small extra charge. If you already have your own canvases, you are of course welcome to bring them along.
I recommend you wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty, as painting is often a bit messy. Everything else you need for the course is provided.
Costs
Per course day CHF 80 (3 hours)
Contribution towards expenses CHF 10 (paints, brushes, etc. without canvases)
